✅ 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. Once approved, your return must be received back to us within 45 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund or store credit. We're al about giving you time—but no one needs that the dress sitting in backseat of your car for two months, mija!

✅ Refund or Store Credit — Your Choice!
    •    Refund to Original Payment Method → Customer covers return shipping.
    •    Store Credit (Sassy Señoritas gift card) → We cover return shipping as a thank-you for staying in the family!

✅ Final Sale Items
Some items (like clearance, earrings, swimwear, and custom products) are final sale and not eligible for return.

✅ How to Start a Return
    1.    Email us at lisa@sassysenoritas.com with your order number + reason for return.
    2.    We’ll send you the next steps + your shipping label (if applicable).
    3.    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send your store credit.
